About Xavier.

I’ve always been the guy everyone turned to when they needed something done (and done well).

And for over a decade, that’s been my zone of genius—working in the heart of organizations that serve people. From schools and nonprofits to churches and startups, I’ve worn many hats: Executive Assistant, Creative Director, Youth Program Assistant, Content Manager, and more. Each role sharpened my ability to bring structure, strategy, and creativity wherever it was needed most.

I didn’t plan to become a virtual assistant. I just kept showing up with excellence, and over time, people began to ask for my help—not just where I worked, but in their own businesses and ministries. They needed someone who could manage the details, handle communication, design professional graphics, and streamline their operations. I realized I could use my gifts to support visionaries beyond the walls of any one organization.

A history of helping things run smoother.

  • As an Executive Assistant at Communities In Schools, I was the bridge between leadership, school administrators, and community partners—keeping communication clear, events organized, and projects on track.
     

  • At Christ Way Cathedral, I serve as Creative Director for the social media team and Way Magazine. Leading a team of designers and content creators, I manage everything from branding to video production, making sure our message matches our mission.
     

  • As a Youth Program Assistant and Peer Engagement Specialist, I coordinated programs, created curriculum, facilitated events, and built relationships that helped youth and families thrive.
     

  • I’ve also worked behind the scenes as a freelance content manager and graphic designer, creating social media campaigns, visuals, websites, and more for small businesses and ministries. Click here to view my portfolio.
